Meet Dr. Atul.
From first visit to follow-up.
Dr. Atul Bhanu Singla
Consultant at Alayaa Clinic, Chandigarh
After talking with him you should know your choices, their limits and what to expect over the years.

Your hair,
and what you want from it.
Dr. Atul treats hair loss with surgery and with medicine. He starts with you: what is changing, what matters to you and what treatment can achieve.
He plans to protect your donor hair for later, and he explains his reasons so you can take part in the decision.
Explore the approachWhat happens
when you walk in.
Five steps, in the order they happen. Tap through them, or let them play.
You tell him what you have noticed, when it started, what runs in your family and what you have already tried. Nothing is examined until he has heard it.
He examines your scalp and the donor area at the back under magnification, to find what is causing the loss and how much healthy hair there is.
He shows you your own scalp, magnified, and explains it in plain words. If a hairline is being discussed, he can draw it on so you can judge it in the mirror.
Medicine, surgery, or waiting and watching. You leave with the options written down, with costs and what each involves. Nobody asks you to decide on the day.
Follow-up visits are agreed before you leave, and you know how to reach him with a question in between.
Clear answers,
before you decide.
You should understand a proposal before you decide. These are his promises for a first visit.
He will
- Tell you if you do not need surgery, or not yet.
- Show you your own donor area and what it can give.
- Put the plan, the costs and the risks in writing.
- Tell you who does each part of a procedure.
He won’t
- Sell you a package on your first visit.
- Promise a graft count over the phone.
- Rush you to decide on the day.
- Plan a hairline for the face you had at twenty.
From the first line
to the last graft.
